THE PERSON BEHIND THE FREQUENCY
A little intuition.
A lot of heart.
I’m Paul Hesch. Psychic medium, tarot reader, Certified Usui Reiki Master, author, songwriter, and the person behind The Paul Hesch Frequency.
Spiritual doesn’t
have to mean serious
every second.
I believe there’s room for warmth and laughter in this work. You can ask the big questions, admit you’re unsure, or show up with a thought you haven’t quite found the words for yet.
My approach brings tarot, intuition, and Reiki together in a personal conversation. No fear. No doom and gloom. Just honest guidance and space to explore what matters to you.
The Frequency also lives through music, stories, and creative work. Different ways of connecting, with the same heart behind them.
Let’s connectCLOSE TO MY HEART
Mom, My Footprints
in the Sand
When I look back down the shoreline of my life,
there are your footprints, right beside mine,
and in my darkest days, deeper than mine.
You were my weekend sanctuary,
a Caramello bar split between two best friends,
gone in one night, and we laughed the whole time.
You gave your heart to every creature
who needed a home, and you gave it to us
the same way: fearless, fierce, and without question.
Though the years have brought their changes,
your love has never faded away.
And when I could barely stand, you reached for me and said,
"No, let me help you."
That is who you are. That is who you have always been.
The mirror may look different these days,
but I see you, Mom. The soul is the same.
A powerful, unstoppable warrior.
You are my best friend.
You are my footprints in the sand.
I love you, and I will walk beside you always.
