The Edge Of Becoming

Full Song Lyrics

[Intro]
Take a breath. Slow. In... and out.

[pause]
There is a card in the tarot called The Fool.
A traveler at the edge of a cliff, one foot lifted,
a small bag on his back, and the sun on his face.
People call him foolish. But look closer.
He is not falling. He is beginning.

[pause]
Maybe you feel like you are standing at that edge right now.
Maybe you are tired. Maybe you have been told you are not ready,
not enough, too late. Maybe you have started to believe it.

[softer, warm]
I need you to hear this. Someone believes in you.
I do. And I am not going anywhere.

[building slightly]
Because here is the secret of that card.
The Fool is not reckless. The Fool is brave.
Every great thing you have ever loved started with someone
who took one step before they felt ready.

[steadier, stronger]
Then comes The Magician.
One hand raised to the sky, one hand pointing to the earth,
and on the table in front of him, everything he needs.
A cup. A sword. A wand. A coin.
Every tool was already there. And so is yours.
Your voice. Your story. Your strength. Your faith.
You are not missing anything. You are already equipped.

[intensity rising]
So stop waiting for permission.
Nobody is coming to hand you a certificate
that says you are allowed to try.
You are the one you have been waiting for.

[BAM, sudden, loud, full power]
GET UP! TAKE THE STEP! DO IT NOW!

[pause, drop to quiet and warm]
And when you do, look at what comes next.
The Sun. A child on a white horse under a golden sky,
arms wide open, laughing.
That is where this road leads.
Not perfection. Joy. Light. A life you are glad to wake up inside.

[rising, powerful]
Say it with me. I can do this.
I believe in myself. I am ready.

[loudest]
I AM READY!

[slow, soft, fading]
One step. That is all it takes. Take it.
I will be right here cheering for you.
